If after receiving a quote from That’s your lot you proceed to use our services we will then collect further information of:

Your full delivery address (if different)


We WILL NOT Contact you for any other purposes other than arranging your collection and delivery or any queries which may arise from this.

At this current moment in time we do not do mail shots or email marketing or promotion, however, this may be subject to change in the future but will be announced on our web site and on this page.

We do not hold any bank details, payment details or card details.

How your information is used

Your information will be used to price quotes and liaise with the auction houses and delivery companies regarding collection and delivery of your items.

Once a quote is accepted, your name, address, contact telephone number and email will be supplied to our carrier (whichever one is applicable) for delivery purposes only.  Please contact our carriers to see their privacy policies – a list can be supplied if required.

We will share your personal information if requested with authorities, to include – the Police, Law enforcement agencies and Fraud prevention agencies for the prevention of crime, identity verification and the for the purpose of legal proceedings.

All information held is stored on a secure server to protect it from being accessed or used inappropriately.
